Lot 9 is 5.9 acres with a two-story barn. The lower level is an old cow stable and the upper level has a haymow with wooden floor. The stone foundation is solid as is the barn. The dimensions are approximately 30 ft. by 56 ft. Lot 9 has about 1 acre of field and 4 acres of woods. All 8 lots have an excellent spot to build a new home and have passed a percolation test to allow a conventional, in ground, septic system. The open areas on the front of Lots 3-9 are hayfields, which have been cut every year. Isler Farm Subdivision has protective covenants that prohibit singlewide and doublewide mobile homes.
