Fisk Hill Road Subdivision has protective covenants that prohibit single wide and double wide mobile homes. Any new home must have a minimum of 1000 sq. ft. of living area exclusive of basement, garage, and open porches. Unregistered vehicles must be kept in a garage or barn.
